Drainstore Servicing

This is custom heading element

Drainstore has facilities for a comprehensive range of consultancy facilities including investigation and inspection services.

We can investigate single properties or multiple houses and provide a full written report and solution. Often this report forms part of the document by which a contractor carries out remedial work.

We can arrange for:

  • Contract Supervision
  • CCTV Camera Surveys
  • Confined Space Entry
  • Jetting
  • Root Invasion Cutting
  • Drain Lining

Our staff use their years of experience in the waste water industry to diagnose symptoms that are occasionally recognisable by visual inspection. However in the diagnosis of highly complicated problems, we may find it necessary to use specially designed equipment in the form of a tailor-made vehicle. This vehicle has the latest hi-tech jetting equipment and high resolution CCTV camera equipment, and is operated by qualified engineers. Where visual inspection is not possible or practical, we have engineers certificated in full escape in confined space so that entry into a tank, inspection chamber or vessel is possible.

This allows us to make internal tank repairs and replace baffles should this be necessary. Our qualified tank entry team have also been used to inspect mains drainage systems where problems have arisen either with the mechanical aspect, or the structure of the tank.

Currently, the National House Building Council (NHBC) use our facilities alongside their Claims Department where problems have arisen with a drainage system under their 10-year warranty scheme. We investigate the problem on either single properties or multiple houses and provide a full written report and solution. Often this report forms part of the document by which the contractor carries out the remedial work.

Drainstore are recognised by the industry as experts in the field of design. We provide fully engineered turnkey package solutions allowing our customers to have a complete end-to-end service from one independent company.

We have assisted the National Trust at Kedleston Hall in solving their sewage treatment issues by building an environmentally-friendly telemetry and monitoring system specifically for their needs. This alerts us of any problems 24 hours a day. Should you require a detailed analysis and report on a particular project, or if you need us to help with complicated court proceedings, Drainstore is able to provide this using not only expertise from within, but by also utilising our extensive network of support companies.
