The design of the Modulus packaged treatment plant is firmly routed upon the blueprint of larger municipal sewage works that take care of the effluent of major cities and towns, having 3 or 4 main treatment modules:

• Primary Settlement Module
• Biozone or Aeration Module
• Final Treatment Module

Designed and sized in accordance with British Water’s code of practice – ‘Flows and Loads’ the design is ideally suited to serve a range of applications from small domestic residences to small communities and commercial properties.

Independently tested at the CERIB test facility in France to meet the process requirements detailed in EN 12566:3 along with the required structural, water tightness and material tests. The Modulus remains at the forefront of pioneering design with low cost ownership and maintenance.

Modulus as the name describes and the illustrations show is a modular system based on a proven traditional 3-chamber design that we see in most town and city municipal treatment works. It can be installed in a variety of footprints giving it great versatility and flexibility.

The standard Modulus sewage treatment plant is designed for sewage loading from 6 to 50 population equivalents.
