Soakaway pack conforming to the configuration as required in Building Control Regulations Part H 1.39
The underground drainage system supplied by Drainstore is a plastic gravity drainage system designed for both foul and surface water applications in housing, industrial, commercial and Highway Drainage.
All pipework is kitemarked to BS EN 1401-1:1998 and BS 4660:2000.
Please note:
- Depending on your delivery location, we may only able to supply pipe with large pre drilled perforations rather than the slots. Please check with your local Building Control Officer prior to order to ensure that this is acceptable in your area
- On occasions pipework will be delivered on articulated transport vehicles with a length of over 13 metres. Please ensure that if there are any access restrictions full details are specified at the time of order to avoid any additional charges being levied
- This pipe cannot be returned or refunded once it is delivered to site.

1no. Pipe – single socketed 3m length
11no. Pipe – single socketed slotted or perforated land drainage 6m lengths*
1no. Equal junction double socket 87.5 degree spigot tail
2no. Bend – single socket 87.5 degree spigot tail
2no. Bend – single socket 45 degree spigot tail
1no. Inspection chamber base
4no. Inspection chamber raising pieces
1no. Square polypropylene cover and frame
1no. Roll of Geotextile 2.25m wide x 100m long
*Depending on your delivery location, the slotted pipe may be substituted with pipe which has large pre-drilled holes rather than slots. Please check with your local Building Control Officer that this type of pipe is acceptable in your area.
Delivery charges depend on the region/postcode delivered to.
England & Wales
Standard delivery is £7.50 + VAT
Delivery on orders over £250 are free.
Scotland
Postcodes AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD and ZE the standard delivery is £10.00 + VAT.
For all other postcodes, please contact the sales team for details.
