Vertical Non return backwater valve – 110mm
All backwater valves available on the market are designed for mounting on a horizontal drain pipe, while often the only place for their assembly is a vertical pipe. This newly developed non return backwater valve is for vertical mounting.
A vertical mounted backwater valve is a cost effective way to protect a building against flooding caused by back flow of storm water and sewage. It also effectively protects plumbing systems against rats entering the building.
All metal elements are made of high quality chromium-nickel stainless steel.
Fully self activating with a lock down lever to manually shut off.
Drainage flap valves are made from polypropylene of the highest quality with a supplemented regulator which increases the resistance to sunlight as well as other atmospheric factors.
Polypropylene is harmless to the natural environment, resistant to high temperatures up to 95°C as well as aggressive chemical agents present in plant protection products.
